Process Makes Perfect

  • Step 1: Discovery

    We will explore the goals of your presentation either via a virtual meeting or online questionnaire, whichever you prefer. I’ll ask questions to understand your brand and audience and kick off the project.

  • Step 2: Design

    To ensure I design a presentation that aligns with your goals, I will complete 3 slides and send them to you for review. I’ll make any necessary conceptual adjustments and continue on with your slides.

  • Step 3: Delivery

    Your deck is complete! I will work with you until you are completely satisfied, usually 1–2 rounds of revisions. After your final payment is processed, I will release your fully editable presentation file.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Most standard decks (approximately 15 slides) take 5–7 days. Rush orders may be available for an extra fee and are subject to scheduling availability.

    We will discuss the timing of your project during the discovery phase.

  • After your completed discovery call or online questionnaire, I will send you a contract to e-sign before design work can begin.

    Please send your fully written content on slides or in a document as an outline. They do not need to be beautiful, just readable!

    Additionally, I will require a high resolution version of your logo (EPS or AI is preferred, but PNG is acceptable too). If you have any specific fonts, branded graphics, or photos you’d like included, please send those as well.

    Your company’s brand guidelines will also be necessary for me to capture your brand’s style accurately. If you do not have brand guidelines, links to your website and social channels will be needed.

  • Each new project begins with a signed contract which outlines all project expectations to ensure we start off on the right foot. Invoices will be sent a the conclusion of your project and are due in full within one month.

  • Please feel free to send me any rough sketches of what you have in mind. I am here to make your vision come to life!

  • I always do my best to utilize either brand photography provided by you or sourced through free for commercial use stock image websites to keep your fees down. If an image must be purchased, I will work with you to explain how the purchasing/licensing process works for your individual needs.

  • Per our signed contract, all changes after a project is closed will be considered a new, billable project.
